Robert Marrufo was born and raised in Douglas.  He was educated through the public schools of Douglas Unified School District where he is now employed.  Mr. Marrufo was elected City Council in 1995.

He serves as the liaison for the City of the Southeastern Arizona Medical Center Board.  Mr. Marrufo feels strongly that the health care delivery system is not only vital to our current residents but also important from an economic development standpoint.
