The City Clerk, appointed by the Mayor and Council, serves as the official record’s custodian of the City’s official records and carries out the following duties:

Prepares minutes of City Council meetings 

Posts minutes and agendas

Conducts city elections

Responds to public records requests

Processes ordinances, resolutions, contracts/agreements, deeds, easements, and leases
