OVERVIEW - The Streets Division maintains all utility alleys, curb, sidewalks, storm water facilities, street lighting, traffic control devices (traffic signals), signing & striping, and asphalt roadways within the City of Douglas limits utilizing staff and/or contract services. The City of Douglas owns and operates its own asphalt batch plant.
