The City of
Douglas
will be working on various projects over
the coming week.
The work is
being completed by the City of Douglas Public Works
Department
and is part of the Mayor and Council’s
ongoing infrastructure improvement
program.
Beginning Monday,
December 18th,
2006, through Friday, December 22nd,
2006,
crews will install
new curb gutter and sidewalk on 11th
Street.
Throughout
the City there will be miscellaneous
concrete repairs.
The west
side of Pan American between 3rd
Street
and the International Border will be
cleaned.
Sewer main
installation will continue at the Golf
Course –
Fairway Drive
and the RV Parking Lot; expect street
closures.
Fire hydrant
maintenance throughout the City.

any problems with water and/or sewer
services on the weekend or a holiday,
please contact the Douglas Police
Department at
364-8422 and staff on call will be
dispatched to your residence.
