As part of a recent reorganization, the City Manager’s Office strengthened in a very strategic way. The team below was moved into the City Manager’s Office and collaborates daily to provide ongoing support and leadership on the strategic implementation of the Mayor and Council’s Policy Priorities. Credit on overall accomplishments and progress citywide goes also to the collective teamwork by all leadership, including the CMO team, City Clerk, Directors, Chief of Police, Fire Chief, as well as all division managers, supervisors, and employees of the organization. Monday morning meetings with the CMO team provide intentional collaboration to address urgent issues and keeping to key priorities on a regular basis.
