The Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program is a tool to assist our Section 8 Clients to achieve the best life possible for themselves and their families. The FSS program empowers individuals to look for economic stability through education, case management and referral to available resources in the community that help them attain their goals.

Home ownership counseling
